OnBoarding Solutions is a multi-service agency in the New York metro area specializing in social services and nonprofit management. Our goal is to offer professional development and retention services to help nonprofit agencies focus on their real mission and remove the stress of identifying, training and retaining qualified staff.

 

We also offer support to social services professionals navigating the field.

  • OnBoarding Solutions will partner with your organization to learn more about the program operations and workforce needs. OnBoarding works closely with you to assist with the talent acquisition process.

  • OnBoarding is available to conduct pre-screening and assessments (as needed) before referring any potential candidates to your organization. OnBoarding works with your organization to find the most qualified candidate for your program because we understand that your agency has its own unique requirements.

The primary goal is to help reduce hiring manager's recruitment workload and allow these individuals to focus more attention on the strategic direction of the agency.

​Guiding Principles:

As hiring managers, we are aware of the amount of resources one must dedicate to identify and find quality, reliable staff. We understand the cost of negative hiring decisions such as turnover. Turnover costs are expensive and time consuming from processing separation documents to the cost of overtime paid while trying to replace the former employee. We also understand how tedious the job search process can be.
